• Panel Model Number: (Specific model number of the solar panels, e.g., 250W)

• PV Panel Data Sheet: (Technical specifications document for your chosen solar panels)

• Inverter Make, Model & Quantity: (Brand, model, and number of inverters used in the system)

• Inverter Data Sheet: (Technical specifications document for your chosen inverters)

• G99 Certification for Inverters: (Confirmation of G99 compliance for the inverters, we can check for you if not possible)

• Google Earth Image: (Image showing the installation location with a pin marking the designated roof space and the mains meter location)

• Signed Letter of Authority: (Contact DNO Solutions for a template for this document)

• Existing Installation Details: (If you have an existing solar system, please provide details like the number of panels, inverter make, and model)

• Date of Existing Installation: (Date the existing solar system was installed, if applicable)
